The Superfoil SF40BB is a high-performance insulation product, boasting a thickness of 75mm and dimensions of 1.5m x 10m. Weighing just 20kg, this lightweight yet robust material is designed to provide maximum thermal efficiency in a variety of applications. It is composed of multiple layers, including a reflective coated breather membrane, eight layers of perforated aluminium coated reflective foil PET, and a layer of perforated reinforced heavy outer reflective foil. The product also includes nine loft quilt layers, each weighing 80g/sqm, contributing to its excellent thermal properties.

The Superfoil SF40BB is silver in colour, adding a sleek aesthetic to its functional attributes.
